How to delete your account

You can easily request for deletion of your account from within the app. To do so, follow these steps:

In the version 1.4.8 of the app:

• Open the app
• Tap on the app drawer button on top left corner of the app (the button with 9-dots)
• Tap of the Support menu
• In the "request type" field, chose "Account deletion request"
• If you like, add the reason you want to delete your account in the "your message" field. If you don't like to type in your reason, simple enter "nothing" or any thing else.
• Press the "Send the request to support" button.
• That's it. Your account will be deleted within 7 days.

In the version 1.4.9 or newer versions:

• Open the app
• Tap on the app drawer button on top left corner of the app (the button with 9-dots)
• Tap of the "Manage account" menu
• Tap on the "Delete account" button and confirm your decision in the window that shows up.
• That's it. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Deleting account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Also please note that if you have asked any question about the exam questions or have responded to other user's questions, they will remain on the website but your name will not be remained or associated in any way to those question(s)/answer(s). Instead, their author will be shown as "Anonymous user" or "Deleted user" or a similar generic term.

In the questions and answers that you have written, if you have mentioned your name or your identity info in any way, we will strip those data during the 7-day time frame for deletion processing.
